My thoughts exactly!
Libs are scared lololol
I'd say we're in for a lame duck Presidency now.. But we've already been there since he took office..
The timing is just about what I figured.  He waited until after the RNC convention and did it on the weekend when media coverage is lower.
Imagine having a party that doesn't hold an open primary and handpicked their candidate against the will of the voters. #democracy
Republicans want Biden to resign.
It's Not only did he quit, but he did not endorse Harris. Ouch.

Is big Mike or Billary running?

The Democrats open primary is just theater anyway during contested primaries. 15% of their delegates fall into the super delegate category that can throw their support behind whomever they want such as the 2nd or 3rd place candidate which could easily push them into 1st place in the delegate count if, again, it's a contested election.  If you want to avoid being Bernie'd in a Democrat primary, you need to win about 60% of the normal delegates which is an overwhelming majority in most multi-candidate races.  They know who their constituents are and they don't trust them, but they still need them all the same.
He wound up endorsing Kamala when it was reported he wouldn't be doing that late last week. I wonder if that's a wrap or if they will allow the circus of vying for the nomination by multiple candidates happen at the convention?

I don't think this changes anything even in the Dem string pullers minds. I think they'll scratch, claw and even cheat where they can get away with it and try to win still, but I also think they're smart enough to know that's not going to happen and to just get Kamala in the way of the landslide which should end her presidential aspirations beyond this year.

I bet the Biden family is getting a sweet deal out of this from someone though.
I wonder when mikesez and his fellow democrats are going to start regurgitating the "historical first black female president" nonsense?
