Hill was pulled over for reckless driving and then got into a verbal altercation with the officer. He was placed into handcuffs and detained. After calming down, the officer removed the handcuffs and Hill was free to go.

1. Armstead's impact alongside Walker and Hines-Allen. Want to see how he moves at DE in particular. Need to be in the backfield early and often.
2. Our running game offensively. It is the key to this team's success. It will be the make or break for the entirety of the season in my opinion. They have to begin establishing a running game.

You will get detained if you don't stop, get out of the car and argue aggressively, etc. They don't know who you are until they run the plates and license, so they will cuff you until they determine who you are and if you have any warrants.

Is there video on him being slammed to the ground? They handcuff you like that because it helps to stop you from moving.
