1. Fire Baalke immediately!  He built this roster and it's clear as day the cup is Bare.

2. Trade Lawrence:  Miami are contenders right now.  Lets see if we can get a first and maybe a 2nd out of them.  I for one have seen enough of Trevor Lawrence. You can quote me that he will never be a star.  Yes the line is bad but so is he. (I don't know if the salary can be worked out in a trade where we don't eat the cap hit?) This hurts because for fathers day my son bought me a really nice Lawrence Jersey. I had hope!

3. Let Pederson rot in this mess.  Everyone know the line was a problem but he vouched for this offensive line.  Let him wallow in this mess until the end of the season and then he is fired!

4. It's time for a total rebuild of personal from the top to the bottom. We Need a President of Operations (if we have one a new one) who is charge of getting a GM and building a winning staff.

5. Dramatic cuts this season:  Time for a total rebuild


I know this sounds dramatic but the last season of football speaks for itself.  This team is Dysfunctional to it's very core.  Rolling with the same personal and not changing anything will end in the same result.  This is not a knee Jerk Reaction.  Look back starting from the point we were 8-3 last season.  Something has happened and it appears there is no coming back from it.  We maybe the worst team in the league (not talent but as a unit)

I know it's unpopular but he never has been the "prince that was promised"  He has the tools but missing that something that makes QB great.  Can you honestly say he is a top 15 maybe even top 20 QB in the league?  I say no. He has much more talent than most QB's but it does not show on the field.

How would he be able to do that? Would he score more than seven points?

The real fix begins with drafting better players. I feel like the last elite player we drafted was Justin Blackmon, and we all know what happened with that lol.

Trevor has a no-trade clause. So...I'm on board for firing Baalke immediately.

Trade Trevor? That is insanity. Give the guy one year with even a mediocre line and an offense that doesn't have key elements missing every week. Then we can talk.

We had this discussion in years gone by.. THIS was supposed to be the fix.. and it is not that.

That just means he has to agree to the trade and waive the clause. Not that it can never happen.
