For those who do not know, Wiggins is a local reporter that has been covering the Jaguars for decades. He has insight and knows people within the organization.
He cooks up a feast here and I agree with almost everything he says here

T-Wigg is always a good listen. Thanks for sharing. Not a single lie detected.
"Bad organizations ruin QB's more than bad QB's ruin organizations".
The truest comment he made on that video. He credited Kevin O'Connell for it. He's right.

I like him too. I very rarely disagree with him. I've subbed to his youtube since 2022. I wish he wouldn't do so many in video "commericals". But I get it, he's trying to make his money.
He's right. Trevor is here to stay. With the right system and players in place, he has a good chance to bounce back. Baalke and the entire offensive coaching staff are not the answer. OC, OL coach, WR coach, etc. They have ignored the most critical part for a QB's development for several years now. They were not investing enough into the OL. Trevor's timer is erratic and it's making him spin around, not set his feet properly and rush throws and make poor decisions because he clearly does not entirely trust his OL.
New GM. New HC. New offensive coaching staff. Invest heavy on the OL and WRs who can catch more. And with all that, there will be zero excuses for him if he cannot resurface from his hole.
He’s absolutely right about one thing. Lawerence regardless of what anyone thinks about him is going to be here for at least one more coaching staff starting next year.
That assumes we stay on this trajectory which I don’t think anyone who is watching this team doubts we will, and that we end up with a top 10, top 5, or top 3 pick.
This staff unfortunately has not shown they can develop players and that’s not limited to Lawerence but he is our most important one. Unfortunately for a Doug Pederson coached team this is the second QB of his that’s a top 5 pick and comes out guns blazing and then due to injuries and a plethora of reasons regreses in year 2-3… the first was Carson weintz.
In 2-3 years from now with the rising salary cap and QBs continuing to inflate their total salaries the Lawerence contract will somewhat level out. So Lawerence’s clock is officially ticking with this next staff..
I hope this organization realizes that, as we all seem to, and hires a coach who can not only develop QBs but also bring an innovative offensive scheme that utilizes the personnel we do have, and builds an offense the right way (OL!!)
GO FULL RETRO IN THE RESET. FIND A SEARCY AND BOSELLI. CAN A MOFO GET A FB? POWER I. CRANK THE TANK AND LETS GO EATIN. FORGET BEING A FIELD GENERAL, LEARN HOW TO BE A PLAY ACTION GAME MANAGER. NEW JIMMY OVER THE TOP ONCE THEY STACK THE BOX. [BLEEP] CHAMPIONSHIP.
THIS IS THE WAY.
When it comes to the offensive line woes, I think a large part of the blame for that should go to Trent Baalke. The reason for this is that when Doug Pedersen was in Philadelphia, he had a team that was very strong in the trenches on both sides of the ball.
I live in Minnesota, and I can vividly remember the NFC Championship game the year Doug won his Super Bowl. Mike Zimmer had the #1 defense in the NFL that year, and they destroyed the Saints in the divisional game. They traveled to Philadelphia for the NFCCG, and the Vikings were favorites on the road. In the opening drive, they marched up the field on the Philly defense and scored a quick touchdown. It was looking pretty good for them at that point. After that, Doug's team overpowered the Vikings on both the offensive and defensive lines and dominated them the rest of the game. Those trench players were a huge strength for him, and no doubt, one of the big reasons Doug was able to go into the Super Bowl with a back up quarterback (Nick Foles) and beat Bill Belichick, Tom Brady, and the Patriots for the championship.
This was why I was confident that the Jags would have dominant offensive and defensive line play when Doug was hired. That has not been the case, and I've heard reports that Doug has constantly been wanting to improve the offensive line personnel through the draft, but Trent Baalke neglected that area.
The blame for the weak offensive line lies squarely in the lap of Trent Baalke. You can also put a lot of blame on Baalke for our lack of a pass rush. Passing on Aiden Hutchinson for Travon Walker was a blunder of mythic proportions, and we will suffer from that mistake for years. I do like the Maason Smith pick in this year's draft, however. He is a Baalke type of pick though, in that he is a project with a ton of athletic talent who needs to refine his game.
To sum it up, as we all know, it was a big mistake not to can Trent Baalke when we got rid of Urban Meyer. IMO, he needs to be bounced from the building at the earliest opportunity.

The problem with that narrative is that Doug has plenty of input on OL personnel decisions.
They dfaft and acquire as a team effort. It is not a traditional GM over HC scenario.
Khan mandated them to do this stuff together.
Doug was in on Fortner, he was in on paying Scherff, he was in on extending Cam, he was in on starting that meat-milkshake kid we waived after he was worthless at LG.
They kept Cam around that because they were strapped with other problems to fix that year and he was the easy way out at LT.
I think Doug screwed up by wanting super athletic traits for his ZBS and Baalke conceded to provide them.
Anton Harrison and now the Morse signing are the only departures. The next regime will hopefully take a better approach to OL scheme and personnel.

So you believe him when he says it doesn't really matter when Press is calling Doug's plays like I told you 1000 times?
You were mad at the wrong guy the whole time. Like I tried to illustrate over and over.

No. I had faith that Doug was still able to turn this around if he took back the same type of control he had in 2022. T-Wigg's take on the Doug/Press relationship is one of the things I've disagreed upon.
I honestly thought getting rid of Press and putting Doug in full control would fix this offense, and will die on that hill. I get that T-Wigg believes what he believes and that he has some inside information. But there were plenty of other journalists out there in 2022 lauding how Doug was running the show. The jacksonville journalist community praised Doug for his offense and his ability to fix Lawrence. Then he decided to pull back in 2023. The extent of which I would also debate. That has also been written about by Jacksonville journalists.
At the end of the day, I thought Doug could regain control in 2024 and make things look similar to 2022. Instead, Doug doubled down and continued with the same managerial formula that was pretty stinky in 2023. What we have now is a result of Doug's hubris.
None of us will know the 100% truth.
But now is now. We are here now. And it's obvious that Doug isn't capable of getting us back to what we were in 2022. It's time to move on. My support of Doug has been destroyed over the last 2 seasons. And based on your posts over the last 24 hours, so has yours.
Let's move on shall we? You will think you were right. I will think I was right. In a moment of clarity. I think we all can accept that both sides of the argument are correct, but the nuance is not worth debating anymore.
We should accept that the futility of this current coaching staff has laid waste to the once beautiful beaches of our team like a horde of red algae consuming the tides. Accept the pungent stink of this Front Office and Coaches, as we meditate on what could have been while envisioning what can be. And do that with positivity and hope. Less arrogance. More acceptance.
I honestly don't want to continue arguing the minutia of this topic considering the enormous issues that need to be corrected moving forward. Let's just embrace the suck. Let's embrace the suck - dare I say - Together! And pray that Shad Khan uses his authority to sweep the Front Office and the Coaching Staff away like a benevolent tsunami that cleanses the beaches of this stinking algae. We are all in this stench together. But there can be hope for a new morning where the funk is gone and what lies ahead is a teal and gold sunrise of hope for a better franchise, and thus a better
DUUUVAALLL!!!!!!
Hard to argue his points. Time to blow it up and hope we get a GM and coach who likes a real challenge, doesn't mind trying to turn the "generational talent" into a serviceable, long-term QB.
This entire team (players, coaches, front-office) is about to turn on each other.
As fans, sit back, relax, grab some popcorn, and just revel in the fact that you can predict the future since you know the personality of this franchise like it was a close family member
Embrace the suck. We are all in this together. It's no longer a time to be angry at any poster. At the end of the day, we've all been right on many aspects. But we've all been here trying to will this team to success.
Maybe it'll happen. Maybe it won't. But we're all here pushing for the same thing.

This guy has a few insightful comments, but he talks in circles and he’s interrupted by several ads. You have to watch like 20 minutes to get about a minute of quality content.

I feel like Alex Smith talking about Bryce Young is so similar to what we’ve done with TLaw.
We’ve committed a huge contract to Trevor and at this point are committed to at least a couple of season, if we are picking high I want us to trade down and literally use every pick we have in the first 2 rounds just on the Oline, even its its 3 ones etc.
Then get rid of all the coaching staff and Baalke, I’m not the best at suggestions but I’d want an OC/HC that runs a lot of bootlegs and has a relatively simple playbook to mitigate the change in coordinator.
We have a head coach that gained so much good will with the fan base in 2022. And he squandered that all away in less than 2 seasons. Baalke also has to go.
But Pederson is clearly a complete bust as a HC. Philly fans were telling us the same thing.

He's the second winningest HC in franchise history, dude. By the end of this year he might be first. Relax.
