At least there is NO doubt what the issue is today. Lol. Should be a consensus that QB play is it. The scheme hasn't helped at times, but Mac has failed in every way as a QB today. Defense certainly cant be blamed. Receivers aren't dropping passes. Nobody has fumbled. Not even any major egregious penalties. Just bad QB play today.

There were some bad Byron Leftwich performances.
Nice throw Mac... This guy [BLEEP] stinks.
Stop playing Gabe Davis please...
We got John Parker Romo'd to death

He's gone full Calvin Ridley.
Lol.
Was hoping for a blowout to up the chances Doug gets fired. I’ll settle for yet another L. Hoping the Lions dismantle the Jags next Sunday and our [BLEEP] if an owner finally fires people
Can we be a little more appreciative what Trevor achieves with this same O?
He's deserved some criticism this year but we would be 2-3 scores up with him playing and this D's amazing effort.

Another Int, around 37 yards, and I'd have it made today.
The pro Mac Jones over Lawrence guys look like idiots lol

This is the game that sold me on Doug being fired. No way a QB with 40 NFL snaps plays this poorly. It's the line, the QB, the receivers and all. The offense looks unprepared.
Doug needs to go.
This is why you guys lose your minds, you think a coach can make these guys not be morons.
It's both.
The coaching staff sets up games where it takes 3+ TO differential to have a chance, and the Vikings are not a Super Bowl caliber team.
It relies on perfect situations and scenarios to win games. This is football where you cannot expect that ever. It's why you cannot rely on 8+ play drives. or just play bend and break defense. Sure that will net you a high floor when things go right enough of the tiem, but you will never truly excel. When you have perfect situations you should blow teams out. When things go wrong, you still have to have ways to win the game.

There’s still time. I don’t see him getting those 37 yards tho

Gus Bradley levels.
Plenty of time left for another Mac Jones turnover.

Ok, Mac Jones game winning TD take two!

I just don't get it, Pederson has gotten more out of this roster than we legitimately should've expected. The players aren't good, the coaching is keeping them in close games despite the stupidity of the players on the field.
I actually agree with you and your sentiment but I think it's more of sending a message from Shad who put out that veiled ultimatum at the beginning of the year stating that this was our "most talented roster we have constructed".
I'm with you that it's mainly on the players on the field though. Can't make chicken salad out of chicken [BLEEP].
I just have to laugh at these folks who think that Bill Belichick walks in here next year and make this roster good. The players just aren't and Baalke doesn't know how to bring in the right talent to make it work.

Still have a chance
In reality, this shows just how good Trevor is.
He’s been the one making this offense look good. He has inept coaching, inept OL and inept WRs (outside of BTJ) and yet they were very competitive.
Can’t wait for a new GM and new HC.
