It's not that I'm rooting for a loss.  But at this point a win doesn't do anything for us.  It doesn't matter either way.  I'd just prefer to have the #1 overall pick, because that would actually potentially help this team.  Whereas a win really does nothing for us.

Draft position is really meaningless at a certain point. Sure it’s more desirable to have the number 1 pick than 33 but any of the top 15 or so are really interchangeable. You could have gotten a player comparable to Walker for example nearly anywhere in the first round. 
Draft position only makes fans feel a bit better about a poor season. You play to win.

I don't think I've ever seen a defense softer on 3rd and short than this one. It's almost like they feel obligated to let it happen.
