Quote:If anyone from this message forum goes to minicamp today and tomorrow can please give the rest of us who has to work or other obligations updates on the team and how they look because it would mean alot to me. I will say thank you in advanced on behalf of the rest of us who couldn't make it out there and NFL network will televise portions of it on their minicamp live show.

I didn't go out there, but they came out and did some drills.  They looked like a football team doing drills.  Then they went back in to the locker room.
Quote:His first touch. Eyes were rolled and groans escaped.

Not impressed.

Jonas gray on the other hand looks the part. And of course Yeldon and ivory were awesome.

He's working his way off this team and out of the league soon.

You simply don't do that in year FOUR.

Thank you for your worthless input and just when I thought people don't act childish on the message forum.

Well that's an improvement based on the past three years or so.

I chuckled.  You probably should have, too.

We all need to laugh more.

Quote:Watching/listening to live feed...Sexton just said Poz is a better tackler than Ray Lewis.

Quote:To be fair, Sexton also said "Ray Lewis is a HOF'er and Poz won't be, and Lewis was exceptional working sideline to sideline and Poz is not."

Is Poz a better pure tackler? Maybe, maybe not, but it's at least very close, and some context helps here.
He also said Poz is the best MLB the Jags has ever had.  Uh, no!
Is it just me or is Sexton annoying as hell to listen too.  He just sounds so fake.

He is the worst.

I think he's fine. No like or dislike, just getting the information that I seek is all.
I'm just thankful that Jack and Ramsey were running around. There doesn't seem to be any evidence of knee problems with either.

Agree with the coaches' strategy of starting Jack out slow, and letting him adjust. He's got amazing tools, but it's unfair to expect the guy to be a stud on day one.

lol at the play of the day.  Cyp getting a 30 yard TD scored on him, Cyp in mid season form.  Man I want to see more  of Sample with the 1's

Listening to Oehser annoys me way more.

They are both annoying to some degree, but at least Oehser can come up with some halfway-decent content in his blurbs even if it's clumsy.

Sexton just opens his mouth and spews "<i>super-obvious information, homer-talk, </i><i>homer-talk, </i><i>homer-talk, more super-obvious info......" </i>

<i> </i>He's basically useless to anyone that even remotely follows the team. Oehser will actually inform us on rare occasions with  relevant news.

I just meant the way they talk more than anything. Oehser actually talks sense, albeit in a really annoying manner.

Looking at Shadrick's and Oehser's faces when Sexton goes off on a spiel is pretty funny.
our coaches dont seem to know jack

Well surely he has a better jawline.

The player? Or....

If not for the injury Jack likely goes top 5 or top 10 to another team and would be expected to be a day 1 stud. He has that kind of athleticism and motor. I too agree with starting him slow but once the season rolls around and hes 100 percent he should be a stud week 1 and we should be expecting him to make plays.
