He is sponsored by Jordan so I'm sure that has something to do with his affinity for 23.

If the tweets mean anything, Sample should chime in and say how he feels about giving his number to a rookie after only one season.

If Ramsey wants 23, which it seems like he does. Sample wouldn't give it up. Jalen would pay for it. Thats how these type of things work in the NFL

Most notable other Lb i can think of with a 40s number is Vic Beasley Rule change came last year.

Sample might get that Jordan money to give up 23, especially if the brand wants Ramsey to wear 23.

Plenty of players who are sponsored by Jordan don't wear 23. I personally think it doesn't matter to jordan brand and that jalen just likes it. Hence one of the reasons he like the number.... Either way the money will come from Jalens pocket. Players don't just give rookies numbers

Sample must decide how important the number is to him. Players can be picky about their numbers sometimes.

 

If this happens, what number would Sample wear?

Not sure on sample if he does decide to give it to Jalen. He could go with MJD 32 not sure many DB numbers are open at the moment with so many on the roster right now

Lots of DBs wear 30 numbers Like Tyrann mathieu on the cards and its opposite of 23 so it was just a guess anyways i have no idea
