I just listened to a few albums I haven't listened to in a long time. If you have rediscovered a great album recently share it here.

Nirvana - Unplugged
Looking forward to being reminded of some great albums.

Pearl Jam - Ten
Beastie Boys - Licensed to ill..
I rediscovered Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" a while back when I picked up a new vinyl copy a couple months ago (yeah they still sell those!). Hadn't listened to that from start to finish in a long time.
All 3 of those are great albums. I was just listening to License to I'll while I wirked or a few weeks ago.
It's easy with the shuffle function to forget how good some albums are top to bottom.
Most underrated album that I've rediscovered was Judas Priest Point of Entry, From the opening of Heading out to the Highway to the closing chord of On The Run, not a bad cut on the entire Album.

Those are two great albums.
While I realize reggae is an acquired taste and not for everyone, Bob Marley's Survival is incredible.

Barry Manilow - If I Should Love Again

I've always liked that one too although it's not their best, it is underrated in the sense that it's virtually unknown.
Troubleshooter is probably my favorite track.
The Anthology in honor of Phife Dawg. That was my album in 2001.
Just threw these two discs in the truck after not hearing them for some time.
Passion And Warfare - Steve Vai. Really set the bar high for instrumental guitar rock. When I first heard it years back, I actually contemplated quitting guitar.
1984 - Van Halen. Well crafted songs coupled with some of Eddie's best playing always makes this disc worth a listen.

I woulda added 1984, but that hardly ever leaves the rotation :thumbsup:

My dad regularly plays that album on his record player, definitely an awesome one.
Lately I've been on a Sabbath kick, and I've been listening to
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath a lot. Always been one of my favorites, just been a while since I've listened to it.

Neil Young is my 2nd favorite singer
In 2013, Widespread Panic opened up their 6 hour New Years Eve show in Atlanta with 3 old school Neil Young songs (Journey Through the Past, Don't be Denied, and Time Fades Away). I've played the Live Rust album over 1,000 times in my life.

Now that was some good old school hard rock. I spent countless hours with friends back in HS & College drinking cheap beer and growing up on Black Sabbath - Led Zeppelin - Deep Purple. Glad to see you and your dad are keeping the music alive !!!

Not my wheelhouse, but I'd be lying if I said that this album was one of the most influential to me at the time it was released. Hell, I know all of the lyrics to all of the songs on that album. Of Wolf and Man was my favorite (I might be alone in that...most of my friends hated that song).
Now, for something that is in my wheelhouse:
Emergency on Planet Earth - Jamiroquai. Folks in the US, to this day, still have no clue just how bad of a man Jay Kay really is.
Brother Sister - The Brand New Heavies. THE most influential album of the 90s for me.
Violator - Depeche Mode. Because Depeche Mode!
Something I threw in the truck today...
Moving Pictures - Rush. I remember the day my father purchased this one on cassette when it came out. I heard "Tom Sawyer" and freaked out. There's not a bad track on this album. Exceptional musicianship abounds. "The Camera Eye" is one of my favorites.
