Lol beat me to it!

sorry, but you represent everything that is wrong with America. Your opinion is bad and you should feel bad.

Opposing socialism is whats wrong with america?

How much do we pay for public education again.

Bernie's slogan: "Not enough. Never Enough."

You are right. Gotta put all that taxmoney to walmart. The corporations! Won't someone please think of the corporations!!
Quote:Expect that is part of his platform. Call him a liar if you want, but it is his stated position. No one else is talking about it. Hilary was on Walmart's board. The republicans love corporate welfare - its their bread and butter.

So why are you so against Bernie? I bet if you gave him an honest look you would like him better than Trump.

Bernie has supported government subsidies during his term in Congress that's corporate welfare. To my knowledge cruz has not supported government subsidies during his congressional term which is a big reason of my support for him.

He voted in favor exactly one time in his career in 2000. Ted Cruz is an enormous Richard who would be an awful president in more ways than I can list in one post.

Who says we're in favor of that either?

That's misleading, the issue was not the tax, it was in defiance of a tax imposed by a legislative body composed of members for whom the men of the colonies could not vote.

Taxation without representation.

Ya outght'a try it WITH representation.

Irrelevant to the point to which I replied. The Boston Tea Party was not a protest against all taxation.
I wish they would abbreviate Bernie Sanders to BS, so that in all the polls it would show

BS

Hilary Clinton

which is how i feel watching it...

It was a protest against egregious taxation. Regardless, the modern citizenry is so comfortable with taxation that we don't really care about our current state much less willing to enact a change for by the better. Uncle Bernie has the dolts convinced that tax slavery is economic freedom, Orwell was prescient.
That's not it at all. He's just being honest that the biggest issue with our government is that outside money owns how your elected officials vote and act (or don't act) which is not representative of the will of the people.

Obviously not nearly enough

"The Will of the People" is the tyranny of the majority.
For [BLEEP] sake.. can we stop misusing the word tyranny?

It's not misuse. The concept has it's own encyclopedia entry for crying out loud.

I have been to his site and several times I leave with the same unanswered questions... Why is the federal reserve printing money at the tune of whatever American mobsters(government) decide, and why are we projected to hit $22 trillion in debt before either of these sociopaths running for office get elected. He wants to uncap federal income tax(ask your senator for a law stating you must pay an income tax, you won't get one) for anyone who makes over 250,000$ and increase taxes further, to try to fund his regressive ideas, to which we have been in favor of since at least the 60s with the great society. Please show me a 'socialist' or 'democratic' socialist economy with the majority of the means of production in governemnt hands that is not in debt(our government controls ~40% of GDP as we speak). Furthermore, find me a nation throughout history who has adopted fiat currency and did not completely collapse due to it.  When candidates start talking about the real issues, I will listen. Otherwise you are literally getting the same [BLEEP] over and over every 2/4 years. 13% congress approval rating, 94% reelected. K.
It worked great for Russia and all of the other socialist countries.

Oh, wait.....  Maybe it didn't.  But it will work this time, right?

The government cannot give anyone a single thing that it hasn't taken from someone who has earned it.  What a cool plan......

And to this day taxation is like the elephant in the room everyone loves to ignore, or worse, embraces. Its the same fundamental idea you present, but you are 'crazy' for advocating less/none of it. It is literally legalized theft.
