If we land Irvin and Vernon, then I'm for Jack, Ramsey, and VH3.....BUT... Imagine if we selected Bosa after adding those guys? Defensive line all day!

There's absolutely no way he's using the Jags as leverage by adding a couple hacks as his twitter friends. There's just no possible way, a full week before FA, that he's adding friends from Jacksonville in an attempt to land more money from the Jags. It's just not friggin possible.

That's the way I see it. I don't get any other reason why he'd start following all these Jags people if there wasn't something happening. Not like him following them gets Dave to spend more.

Nah man. He's just such a huge Jag fan that he knows, a full week in advance, that the Jags are going to be in the one to make his $$$ dreams true, so why bother? Might as well get the twitter friends outta the way, since that carries the weight of a rats hind end, right?

Lol we had a couple of leaks last year, remember when Devon House was in a Green Bay mall buying a Jags hat, and Fowler saying he would be surprised if the Jags didnt draft him

 

I want Irvin over Vernon anyways, Vernon I feel would be a bad fit with Fowler since he would be strictly LEO, where as Irvin will be LEO and OTTO, while Fowler moves around, plus will be cheaper. 

 

Give me Irvin plus Jackson 

I would love to see Bruce Irvin and OT Russell Okung signed from Seattle wouldn't hurt the team only make it better but I don't think either will be signed.

If you sign Okung it really allows you to either trade LT Luke Joeckel or have him in a prove it year and leave him for depth this season.


I really think that they will go after Eric Weddle, Chargers FS in Free Agency since Sergio Brown has been a disappointment, but maybe I am wrong?

 

I wonder about JPP as a Leo with his fingers being the way it was and the way it happened and all, and his contract talks with the Giants & how all of that went down.... plus what he would want to come here based on the risk of how he might or might not perform.... big ifs there..

 

 

Do you attempt to bring back Pot Roast or another FA DT for depth with Marks being injured all the time?  A lot of great DTs in FA available but you would think they would have to let a few go off the team to do so....

If you are looking at Irvin you would probably also consider Tamba Hali, Chiefs OLB too?

 

The biggest question is would  you want GM Dave Caldwell to go after Matt Forte, Bears RB to compete with TJ Yeldon for the starting role?

What if Irvin wants to be a Jag, but Dave doesn't want to sign him? I feel like that's the only way he isn't a Jaguar.

What if Irvin spent the last year telling the media he wanted to play in Atlanta? Does it just mean it was fake, so long as we pay him enough to make him come here?

Lets just go ahead and say I would bet every red penny I've ever made in my entire life that Pot Roast doesn't finish slow cookin in Jax.


Also, Tamba Hali is old.


Also, Matt Forte is extremely old for RB terms, never mind the fact that Yeldon was 3rd amongst AFC rbs for yards from scrimmage. If thats the biggest question, im turning my tv off until next offseason.
