I agree with the people who blame Chip Kelly for signing bad players. But another issue is how bad and beat up Philly's offense was. The Eagles could not keep their offense on the field.

He built an offense that shattered franchise records with an O-line that got dominated in most games. We fix the running game and some of the playcalling might not look so bad.
