It's an interesting blend of the two so it is kind of hard to say. Looking at the individual roles...


 

DE (Odrick) - basically a 3-4 LDT


NT (Miller) - a 3-4 NT


DT (Marks) - a 4-3 DT


LEO (Fowler) - a mix really between a 4-3 RDE and a 3-4 ROLB


 

OTTO (Irvin?) - a mix between a 4-3 SLB and a 3-4 LOLB


MLB (Poz) - a 4-3 MLB


WLB (T. Smith) - a 4-3 WILL

I disagree, at least on the grounds that having Odrick two gap would be a big waste of his abilities. While he isn't the most agile Pass Rusher in the world, he does have some ability to him. If you have him just stone the OT, then you're letting his talent go to waste.

A 3-4 LDT has some pass rush responsibility. Consider JJ Watt.
