Quote:cant wait until next season when luck and the clots disappoint.

all the excuses will still be in full force. Then midseason firings.

Cw will be on here saying it was the right thing to do. We will have a grand ole time.

CW's gloating is also based on our constant failure which hides the fact that his franchise is in an unstoppable downward spiral. Things will become much more clear if/when our team starts producing.
I wouldn't trust Grigson to pick out pizza toppings.

yeah, I find it pretty funny that a lot of people are justifying the move based on the jaguars not upgraing their coach. Just because we still have Bradley who a lot deem a lame duck coach, doesn't excuse the clots from being a laughing stock. But hey....maybe they'll get Gruden next year and caveman Andy and Chuckie can run spider 2 Y banana until they're blue in the face.

When have I EVER mentioned Gus? Why do you guys enjoy making things up?

Pineapple, peanut butter and shrimp. Trade pepperoni and sausage for a fried egg because it seemed like a neat idea at the time.

And make everyone at the table eat the Fried Egg and tell all their friends that they loved it because it was his idea.

when did I say you did? Talk about making things up.
Now they just need to give luck a billion dollars over 20 years and we must win a division soon
Quote:I'll say basically what I've told everyone else. I'm alright with this. I would have been fine either way. I'm not a huge Pagano/Grigson fan, but I think the roster held up pretty well this year considering we had to play 5 different QBs in a season. FIVE. That's pretty absurd and still went 8-8.

With Pagano, the one thing that bothers me and has bothered me the last 4 years is the random (usually 2-3 a season) blowouts where the team looks completely unprepared. He needs to be more consistent. However, It's obvious that the players love playing for him.
Sorry I'm late to this particular discussion, but I would appreciate some clarification.

In December, when you and I went back and forth after the "fiddy burger" we put on you, you said this when I asked if you would retain Grigson:  http://jungle.jaguars.com/index.php?/top.../?p=651969

3. I'll put it this way: I'd fire both Pagano & Grigson, but I'm in the minority here and believe Pagano is more of a problem than Grigson. But to clarify, because I know you & everyone else will twist what I'm saying: I want BOTH fired.

So what changed between mid-December and now to change your mind about firing both Grigson and Pagano?

How did you go from firing both with being okay with keeping both?  Am I twisting your words?

He's a Homer. There's no such thing as a bad move by the Colts

Lolololololololololololllolklolololokolollhahaahhahahahahhahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha what a joke
The clot warrior just got OWNED.
Ravens LB coach  Monachino hired as DC.

Dang clot, you just got got.
As in Ted Monachino? The most useless DL coach we have ever had? Hahaha!

TMD used to go on and on about Monachino...also had that dreadful 14 sack season.

Oddly enough we haven't heard from cw yet. He must have coincidentally just had a really busy day....
Just flipping his last few burgers and will be here shortly surely...

Idk if he's a burger flipper or what. I mean good for him being employed regardless.

I think he's probably just a little embarrassed that someone proved that not only he's an idiot, but he's clearly full of crap.

Don't worry cw, it happens, more often than not for you clot fans.

You literally quoted someone who mentioned my name. You can not follow a conversation.

Nope, and I 100% felt that way. However, like I mentioned I'm not thrilled with the re-signing & retaining of both, BUT LIKE I SAID the roster did hold up very well this year and after thinking about it, it would be very crummy to fire Pagano after he went 8-8 with 5 QBs. Some teams can't even get to .500 with their starting QB playing all year.

So, in conclusion, I'm OK either way this went. My ONE main issue with Pagano, which I've mentioned 1000 times is the random blow outs every year. He needs to be more consistent. Also, I feel like the firing of our DC is 100% a scapegoat, especially because Manusky was running Pagano's defense.
