you dont have to participate in any thread you don't feel interested in.

this is a jaguars message board.  I still can't believe people come on here complain about people complaining about a head coach who is 12-36 in 3 years.

YES....I wish there were more of them... unfortunately the regime loves to delete and cover up the ACTUAL feelings of the fan base that has been filling the coffers of this organization.

Still holding out for a black Tuesday.

Oh and , please stop complaining about freedom of speech.

Haven't you vented enough in the other 1,497 "I hate Gus" threads?

He wasn't complaining of free speech. It was about reduntancy. The horse has been best to death 10 times over.

So you voted yes.
No... "Corn" wasn't an option.

"Still"????

Lol.

Yet he has the urge to read the topic?
Quote:To the people who voted yes I have to highly question your sanity.

+1
The owner should fire HC Gus Bradley and hire Tom Coughlin immediately!

yes, headed in the right direction, just much slower than we would be under a decent HC.  Should have been 9-7 this year.

Well apparently the horse is not quite dead yet, so the beatings will continue.

Well you could just start a "Sunshine and Rainbows " thread about how bright the Jag's future looks going forward under HC Gus Bradley.

That should be an interesting thread and you could list all the reasons why Gus is leading the Jags in the right direction.

Surely we could use some positive Gus threads around here to counter those 1497 "I hate Gus" threads.

There you go assuming.... Where in these posts did I say that I think ol' Gus has done a bang up job and is without fault? I just don't feel the need to beat a dead horse until it's guts are strewn in a three block radius.... but hey... if that's what makes you happy, keep beating, but you're gonna look stupid and probably smell funny long before you're done.
And here I thought I'd be the lonely 'yes' vote.

"Still", hmmm?  Wallbash

Careful... you might bang something loose.

Here's how I see it. Players respond very well to Gus. The team believes in the direction.

Now.... he may not work out. He may very well be ousted 3 or 4 games in next season....

Either way... he's leading the team in the right direction... we'll either be good or have a better coach by this time next year.

Sounds like the right direction to me.

I disagree, I think he's leading this team in a circle and he's not capable of changing the direction. So we get a wasted year to prove what we already know.

in a circle?

That doesn't make sense... marked improvement in this team has happened.

And in the NFL you go up or down....

Don't think we're going down.... just not up fast enough for the impatient 3 year crowd

This team is the same team that it was 3 years ago, merely different players. They still make the same mistakes, they are still soft, they still can't play defense. The improvement we see on this team is the result of getting a real QB and a coaching change. There's no way Fisch gets these results, just like there's no way Babich would get these results if you upgrade that talent.

Bradley + Jed = Suck

Bradley + Babich = Suck

Bradley + Olson, et al = Not Suck

Bradley and his losing culture is the constant creating these poor results, not the difference maker changing them. The difference makers came from elsewhere, and we need to bring in more of them.

He gets his year, but you should hope that Bortles and co have another terrific year, 'cause they had the best offensive year we've had in decades and it got us 5 wins. If they regress even a bit it's gonna be 2 or 3 wins at best.
