Quote:It's up to the GM to go out and find them, although it won't be hard to find a better HC then Gus, whether from college or the NFL.

Bringing in a new HC isn't going to produce miracles in the first season, but the bar is set so low right now that it won't really be very hard for a new HC to have this team looking much better then it does right now.

We have seen 3 full years of Gus Bradley and he is 12-36. Oh, do you want to completely dismiss his first year, then he is 8-24. OH, would you like to dismiss his 2nd year completely too, then he is 5-11.

Don't you think we can find a new HC out there that can at least challenge for a better record then any of those records?

It will be hard to convince me otherwise.

Sure better coach may get a win or two more in theory.
The only chance the Jags have at a comeback is the Texans doing boneheaded things. That's one step in the direction.
good thing house wasnt near him

Where being out of position is good.

House has nice hands.

*rubbing eyes* Think we'll get it in?
Just came back from lunch.

"That's the play Gus Bradley needed from his defense."

That's right. Play 5 yards off the intended receiver, hope the receiver doesn't catch it, and then intercept it. JUST like Gus drew it up.

(I wish that last sentence was sarcasm, but after watching this defense, I'm not actually sure that's the case...)

Quote:Have you watched the game? Kind of hard to do anything when you have the whole defense in your face in less than 2 seconds!
I agree and that points directly at the OL (particularly in pass protection) and maybe some of that will get addressed in the off season. But, with all the seemingly large holes to fill on both sides of the ball, it's really difficult to see this team making any large leaps and bounds anytime soon to take them to that coveted next level. Maybe the fact of the matter is as a 5-11 likely turnout, this team just isn't that good!
Is Cushing still juicing?
Field goal coming up?
Figures 'roid gets him.
I can't stand Cushing. Such a little punk.
If it come to 4th down, gotta go for it
Ahh..., I thought Gray had a TD, but he was caught by the ankle.
