I am giving credit to WRs but Henne would have these WRs at 450 receiving yards for the season not 1,200. Great QBs like Rodgers, Peyton, Brees and Brady can plug in ANY WR and make them great.

Neither are true difference makers. Bortles is. A-Rob isn't as good as Mike Evans or even Jimmy Smith. As long as Blake is here, A-Rob will always be around 10 TD's though.

Ehh, I'm the BIGGEST Blake supporter but I think you are discrediting what ARob can do, and actually does. ARob is a big time playmaker, more of a go-up-and-get-it type of player than the burner type.

Evans is much better. Will have a better career. ARob is a stud but Mike Evans is a monster if they get a QB who's consistent. Glennon was more consistent than Jameis

Do you even football? Ar15 is in the top 6 in receiving yards. Evans is 17th and has 3 TDS. AR15 has 11. Not to mention, Evans doesn't have the jump ability or the hands of Arob. Evans was criticized for his drops earlier in the season. Jameis has come on strong and brought the team stability and playoff possibility so you can't blame him.

 

Don't make crap up to support your arguments.

For what it's worth, someone has to throw the ball, and someone has to catch it. They must all be on the same page (which the Jags seem to be, today anyway).

 

For instance; if the QB sucks, the WR's aren't going to get the service needed to keep the ball.

 

On the flip side of that, if the WR's suck then the QB may as well throw out of bounds.

 

The two positions on the field are so different that they can't be compared to one another.. In soccer you don't see David De Gea (goalkeeper) being compared to Lionel Messi (forward), why? because they don't play the same position..

 

The only person in the team that BB5 can be compared with is Henne... or you can compare him to other Franchise QB's, of course.

We agree most of the time, but to say the guy who leads the league in drops is better than AR15 would be inaccurate.

Agreed. Check out Dez Bryant now. He's awful with pathetic Matt Cassel throwing the ball.

I think Bortles is going to be a stud. I hate how he stares down receivers, and forces bad throws. I know thats youth, which he will grow from.
