1. Obviously we took the best db away from the texans today.
2. Sliprien signed with the TItans. It's going to be entertaining to watch him get abused on the other team.
And we really can hurt the texans by signing Romo.

Just stop man. It's not happening

Everybody keeps laughing off Romo. It's a concern if he ends up with the tinhorns. I am not saying I'd trust him here physically behind our current offensive line. But at this point I'd much rather see him end up in Denver or anywhere else but the AFC South. When healthy, he's honestly a top five quarterback in the NFL.

Wonder if the Texans will try to get Garrapalo.
Wherever Romo ends up, they instantly become a threat. It's a QB driven league.

Exactly, they gave the Pats a run for there money with Brock and missing Watt.
Cyp is getting a raw deal around here. His arrow is pointing up and now he's paired with lebeau. I've seen this story before and wouldn't be the least surprised if he thrives.

This obsessing over Romo is [BLEEP] ridiculous. He hasn't played in two years.
Two years. He's had two serious back surgeries. He got hit one time in pre-season last year and his season was over. One time.

Im not gonna say that Lebeau is gonna tap into his hidden troy polamalu cause its not there. But I could see him minimizing cyps role as much as possible just like we did this year and let him just be the strictly tackling safety hes best at as much as possible. Hes not going to blow their defense up as much as everyone on here thinks and hes an incremental upgrade over who they already had. Paying cyp anything is always a mistake but its not that serious imo.

At what? What's the point of having a guy like him on the field? He can't cover, and he's not a stronger run defender than the average linebacker is.
Box safeties like him are devalued around the league for a reason.

Just quoting this in case there are any idiots that didn't understand it the first time they read it.

Church is a boxster.

I don't understand how people think a 37 year-old quarterback, who hasn't played in pretty much two years is going to come back and be the same player. I just don't get it.

If he's cheaper than Cyp or can manage to drop into coverage without leaving his man wide open or alternatively committing an obvious PI then he's an improvement.
But really, if he's cheaper that's enough. Cyp was a guy with no significant abilities that had to be schemed around and covered for. If that's what we have to replace him then the team still isn't worse.

Ive explained it to you very simply dozens of times. The fit for romo Is not that hard of a concept to understand.

Key words.

It's sort of the same thing as there being posters on the board that think a guy that threw 35 TDs in a season is a Gabbert level bust.

Obviously you can't count because you may have given your flawed explanation twice. Romo is not a fit for this team. It's ridiculous to think so. It's flat-out stupid.
