I believe he said 10 of the Jags games in 2016 were decided by 7 or less points ( 8 of them were losses ) The vast majority of games in the NFL are decided by 7 or fewer points, so he's right.......the difference between 10-6 and 3-13 is learning how to win the close games. That, in my opinion, is where veteran leadership comes into play, along with savvy coaching.

He's been the greatest free agency signing this franchise has probably had since the Jimmy Smith signing in 1995 or the Keenan McCardell signing in 1996. That's incredible when you think about it. That just shows you how lack luster it's been for over a decade. We're now back on the map. Regardless of how the season plays out. 2018 is officially going to become a prime location now for even more quality free agents.
