The good news was the gold jersey with black sleeves matched the helmet.

The bad news is both are extremely ugly.

They need to send that abomination back to the hell it spawned from.

I don't understand what people are seeing with the color rush uniforms.  They just look like regular uniforms and people are acting like they're seeing Pokemon cosplay.

I said the same thing about the helmets. Those uniforms, no matter what you think of them specifically, made the helmets look good. It matched perfectly.

Not to bump an old thread, but the Jaguars Gold color rush jerseys were the fastest jerseys to sell out on NFLShop.

 

Whether it was because they didn't make as many as the other teams or not, Bortles #5 sold out faster than any other color rush jersey and even the Yeldon jerseys sold out quickly.

 

I hope they make some more, because I wanted to get one but I wasn't sold on Bortles or Yeldon at that point

Looking for a uniform thread and this is the latest one I see.....    so how much longer do we have to keep these helmets?  2 more years until we can change them?

You're about 5 years late on that question. 

You laugh but what is the alternative? Honestly, matte black is BORING. We are not the raiders or the steelers. Glitter is for faeries. Teal is out of the question. So is all gold.


Our current helmets are the perfect solution.


And they look good.

You know you've been eagerly anticipating it.  We all have.  We've all sat around wringing our hands pondering the all important question:

 

Is the NFL serious about this "color-rush" thing and are the jags unis gonna look like something found in a baby's diaper again? 

 

<b><i> </i></b>Well.... It looks like we may be shifting to the all new and improved Honey-tinged, Tuscan Sun, Merrigold, Canary-Mustard-Butterscotch shade this year!!!

 

To my untrained eye it looks like an improvement at least.


A full teal colour rush uniform would be soooo much nicer.
