It's too bad the East is such a garbage conference…. 

 

Perhaps the NBA should move OKC to the east.

Glad I didn't watch. GSW puts me in a bad mood.


NBA should get rid of conferences all together and top 16 teams make playoffs. Think about it. It would make the regular season so much more exciting.

Well this series isn't going to go 7 games and I'm not sure even Silver can fix that.

 

Well, I guess he actually could fix that, but it would look so suspicious and obvious that it would not even be worth the extra revenue.

 

I agree this is one of the most boring NBA finals so far I don't see it getting much better.

 

The only question is will Cleveland Cadavers actually win a game?

Cleveland getting beat like this really has more to do with Cleveland being a city of heartbreak then the NBA being fixed.

Best of 7 is much, much better at crowning the best overall team than a single elimination tournament in a game like basketball where there is so much variance. 

Cleveland can't be this bad, they got the best player still in the NBA, a freak, who's built like a tight end with quickness, speed of a rb. You put Lebron on a bad team like the Sixers, and they make the playoffs, barely. You put Steph Curry on the Sixers and they don't. There is no explanation other than this series is fixed. Adam Silver just wants to create drama, suspense. Cavs will win the next 2 games. Series will go 7 games and Silver will let them go at it, winner take all in the last game. Cavs come back 4-3.

  Being that the first 2 games were decided far before the final few minutes,  many people stopped watching the games.  That's certainly not in the best interest of the NBA. 

 

  It remains to be seen how much impact the lack of competitiveness of the first two games,  especially Game 2,   will affect the ratings of Game 3.    If the NBA somehow was going to script the series,   the first 2 games would have been compelling to the end.
