Having said that I still don't think we need to waste our time with him, primarily because I don't think he'll ever play again.

It's a shame, too. He and Blackmon have the same issue. They have a boatload of talent, but they are incredibly immature. To throw away an opportunity to make more money than you could ever spend, simply by making poor life choices is going to fill them with much regret later in life.


These guys need mentors that can speak truth into their lives BEFORE they get these contracts. Help stem the tide a bit.

I want him 100% and for him to know he is ready. If he did believe that was this season then I guess I would be okay with it. But I would personally wait til next year and hope he is a beast for us at full health.
