If you look at how horrible the Jaguars Offensive line and rushing game was last year combined with all rookie injured WRs, I felt Bortles is the best going into the 2nd season.

For the record, Ted has thrown exactly one deep pass in two preseason games.

Carry on.

And it was under thrown
Of the three, I see Bortles and Bridgewater going on to have great careers at this point.  Carr could possibly be in the mix, but I'm not seeing it at this point.  After all, it's not like 3 hall of fame quarterbacks can be drafted in the first round of one season.  Just ask John Elway, Jim Kelly and Dan Marino.

It's rare to see three QBs have above average seasons from one draft class.  I doubt we see it from this group this year.
I think Teddy will end up being more talked about considering he has AP and just and over all better team, however he has the packers/lions and even Bears(maybe) to contend with. But the Vikings Def is looking decent as well.

Blake I believe will see a huge improvement(at least I hope so) as he has more weapons(Thomas and hopefully a running game) as well as what looks to be a better Oline which should make things much better for him. However our Def might be a bit more iffy this year.

Then we have Carr, who now has Cooper and possiblity that Crabtree could make a bit of an impact. Is LM the real deal for them in the running game? Will Mack dominate and help their def over come a pretty crazy division with Broncos/Chargers and KC?

As for overall....I think all 3 have a solid chance to be very good for years to come, I do wonder if Teddys body will hold up over the years, then Carr I just feel like something isnt right there.... Bortles has the size and everything to be great, I just hope he does.

Teddy > Blake > Carr > Mettenberger > Garoppolo > Manziel

Savage uber alles.
There's the comedy I've been missing.

Blake - terrible game

Bridge - terrible game

Carr - just ok until he got hurt

Manziel - not bad for pretty much zero practice and thrown in unexpectedly

not a good start for the qb class

also, mariota looking like joe montana out there

This points out the rush to judgment needs...  He played good.  His progress will be hindered once his play is put on tape.  I do think it was an impressive first start and shows the potential.  It is a long season.

How was Carr "ok"? He had 7 completions for 61 yards, no touchdowns and a fumble.
Teddy has looked the best thus far, but I think Blake has a higher ceiling.
I don't know how anyone can come away after last night and say Bridgewater is the best one.  He looked horrible and talk about check down machine.

It's good to see that they all struggled. Shows that all players go through bad games. In fact even some proven QBs struggled this week. Ryan threw 2 almost 3 ints. Romo threw back to back ones. Peyton was terrible. It happens. I think Blake can bounce back fine, the meltdown know this board was incredible.

Teddy started off slow like 0-4, but finished 23-32, he throw more deep balls then Blake, tho both were inaccurate on them in week one

LOL calling Teddy check down, he avg 7.2 ypc and Blake 4.6

Teddy is a better then Blake at this point and should have been drafted by Dave
Lol dude probably threw 10 straight passes to the running back or TE under the first down marker.

Check downs bonanza.

He also had a 30 yrd pass at the end of the first half that was a gimmie because it was supposed to be a hail mary and he couldn't get to the endzone.

I am not saying Bortles was slinging the ball all over the place, but Teddy looked like straight trash last night.

Against Tampa.
Teddy looked like crap last night. Garbage passing.Shows stats do not matter. Bottom line.......3 points

I still think we should of taken Aaron Murray in the mid rounds.
