Remember when the team actually sold tickets by winning games, why not get back to doing that?

You're right.  They can't possibly augment the fan experience on game day and elsewhere AND build a team that is winning games.

 

I'm pretty sure the emoji thing wasn't done with the intention of selling tickets, but that's just me.

I'm pretty sure winning games is the ultimate goal, but filling that stadium the way they are with the product that has been on the field has been pretty impressive.

This doesn't really surprise me. I thought the fans always showed out (more than expected anyway) for the crap that has been on the field here.


2009- 2013 proved to me that Jacksonville deserves a football team.


But to the point... Yea... It's wins. Win more and everyone will love us.

I think some of that is just the natural aging of the fanbase. The fans at the stadium have gotten younger and younger. Those of us that were teenagers or younger when the team started are the foundation of the franchise right now.

If Bortles doesn't step up this season, the apathy will be overwhelming. WE WANT MORE!
