Gus can only dream about a 5-11 season.

If Gus goes 12-4 in any season they just might build a statue of him in front of Everbank field.

 

JDRs coaching record with the Jags was right around .500.

 

Gus is going to have to make a deal with a certain warm figure with horns and a pitchfork if he wants to get anywhere near a .500 record with the Jags.

Some of the decision making just doesn't make sense. 

 

Questionable challenges that don't gain anything. 

 

Calling timeouts when you're down by three TD's. 

 

Demoting Clay Harbor when he was actually playing better fairly decent and developing chemistry with BB5. 

 

There are just too many inconsistencies; the problem is that you have rookie coaches with little or no prior NFL experience trying to grow and develop the youngest roster in the league.  

 

Bad strategy.
