I think this team needs a well established coach who's had some experience in the NFL. Go out and hire, Gruden, Dungy, or Bill Cowher. This team lacks leadership in the coaching department and these fly-by-night first year head coaches are not going to work with this young football team. Khan has to get one of these guys or someone who has been a head coach before with a good track record.

Zero reason to believe any of those guys want to come out of retirement to coach again. Cowher has been away for almost 10 years. Dungy and Gruden for almost 7 years.
