I'd hire Jimbo as the HC of the Jags.  Gus appears to be in over his head when it comes to being a head coach.

It seems like Khan thinks of himself as a trend setter with the upgrades to the stadium and all. How about demoting Gus to Defensive Coordinator and hiring a new HC. Hey, something g different. Seems like Gus woukd just smile through the whole process.

He coaches a team that is loaded with talent and they're trying to get rid of him. Why would we want him?

Gus, we'll give you a raise if you agree to be the DC.   You can still have your voice on the Shell Gas Station Jaguars advertisement .

Dude can't stand that ad. Especially when our own HC calls us the jagWIRES. I just smh every time.

I don't care who it is, but Gus needs some "competition" at the head coaching spot with him. Hire Roman at OC and let Gus know if we look like this next year mid season your [BLEEP] is outta here. Truth be told now I want him gone after this season.
