The more I think of it I think Brewster will likely be suprised if he gets to start at center than most of us.

Hmm, it would be nice if he could step in and be a solid center.  He has played out of position the last few years so hopefully the added weight, experience, and his natural position he can turn into a solid pro.  We still need to draft a C in the mid rounds just in case he starts getting pushed around like he did at G.

Wut? He couldn't beat out Old Yeller! If Brewster couldn't beat out a guy that had to have Wednesdays OFF, what makes his mind believe he's any good at all.

Why would we want to "protect" a guy that couldn't beat out Brad Meester (should have been visited by the Turk three years ago) from being displaced by superior talent selected in this draft?

We march with the same old untalented players. We will not draft a single player that threatens the job security of anybody on this 4-12 team and we WILL hoist the team tradition of six consecutive non-winning seasons.

Untalented players in training? WUT?

This guy got the snot knocked outta him last year.  I have no faith in him at center. What else do you expect him to say other than something confident?

Good luck to Brewster and will probably start but I would still draft Swanson in mid rounds hopefully 5th.

He did.  Any more wouldn't have been worth it.  He got the max deal.

Quote:i agree with what he was saying. during his junior year if he came out, he would be probably the first ranked center in this pool of centers. he has some experience under his belt now. hopefully fixed whatever went wrong in his senior year. i think he is gonna come in and be real solid.

His junior year he was a projected first round pick. No idea what happened his senior year but his stock collapsed.
