Johnny Manziel played in the AAC conference this year(Teddy and Bortles conference).

Oh...and btw...how come the "level of competition" doesn't taint Louisville' s defensive ranking Skippy? Manzealots always want it both ways.

you guys whine about "Teddy homers"

But I've yet to see a single Teddy supporter change his screen name to some goofy fanboy nickname.

Maybe Johnny can wave his Heisman at the NFL de's that will be eating his lunch when he tries that sandlot crap in the pros.
This argument is clearly facetious. Look here, at this point I think I like Bortles, but still this is bad. Teddy is probably a better NFL QB right now than Manziel, but arguments like this sure don't help the case.

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster

Quote:LOL, I love how I brought up 3 games in which Teddy's team gave up 20 point leads (2 of which came this year including UCF loss).

Your comeback was QBs don't play defense (even though my point was he failed to continue the lead on offense), and yet Teddy would have gone undefeated in arguably the best conference in the NCAA with one of the worst defenses in college football.....

NO, he wouldn't have!
Funny....only one loss on the record. But spin on little monkey

Oh...and Manziel would have fared no better that Teddy if he played in Louisville
If that RV sales place wants Tebow in Jax bad enough to take out a billboard saying as much.....they should just HIRE him.

Show me where Manziel gave up a 20 point lead once let alone 3 times with the last 2 years and I will admit you are right.....

Do you know how ridiculous that sounds??? I didn't know Manziel was calling the plays...

Giving up 20 point leads is not just on the defense, it shows a lack of execution on offense as well, which means they weren't moving the chains despite what his defense was or was not doing.....

I like how you throw out that he doesn't call plays or play defense as a counter argument, but somehow we are suppose to believe he would have gone undefeated or at least made SEC championship if he was on TAMU....

News flash.....Louisville was the Alabama of the AAC......

A&M would be 11-1, probably even 12-0 in the SEC with Bridgewater

Especially with the receiving talent on A&M team

Good god that would be a sight to behold

back to Louisville, You have never watched the games lol

Obv you didn't watch A&M games, because there is no way that happens with the defense they had.

If Teddy couldn't go undefeated as the Alabama of his conference and with a highly ranked defense. How in world does he do it in a better conference with TAMUs awful defense???

Seen more than my fair share

Probably would because Bridgewater wouldn't run around like a chicken with its head cut off

He would methodically lead drives for TDs, giving his defense more rest, and controlling the pace and tempo of the game

You can speculate and play make believe all you want, but the facts are TB had a chance to go undefeated in his conference and let a 20 point lead slip away....

I do watch the games wiseman...but I see what your "thing" is though. When you can't debate what someone is saying like an adult, you resort to attacking them, a lot of time making statements that you have no way of proving as fact.

It's pretty childish and hopefully you will outgrow it over time.

Adults don't say "loose" when they mean "lose".
