Who cares if one guy thinks he will be the ninth overall pick? None of the four NFL.com mocks have him going in the top 30. Also, "right now" is almost three months away from the draft.

Obviously all of them are wrong. But when most mocks have a player going late in the first round, there is no reason to trust the one that has him going in the top 10.

I certainly believe when it is all said and done that Noah Spence will be a top 10 selection and I could even see him being taken by Dallas at Pick 4.

 

Darian Thompson is a legit early Rd 2 selection, so I could see a scenario where the Jags might consider selecting these two players with their first two picks.

Yeah, I agree with you.  It's still really early, but I honestly think we have a better chance of Bosa sliding to us then Spence come draft day.  The upside and potential for Spence is off the charts.

I gotta think right now that David Caldwell will take a DE in Rd 1 if either Bosa or Spence are available.

 

Bosa is probably a better edge setter than Spence but not quite a prolific at rushing the passer.

Say Dave does get say Olivier Vernon. I think he would be content with Vernon/Bosa at the LEO to get Bosa to set the edge/pass rush from the other side. Bosa is still my number one choice in the 1st, followed by Ramsey, then Spence/Jack.
