Make the playoffs. Defeat the Titans in the AFC Championship game on the way to Super Bowl victory!

You know better, Fred. titans, titans, titans. Never a T, cardinal sin.

And good luck seeing that match up in the AFCC game anytime soon.

I think this year is the first in the past 3 (maybe 4) where expectations for us to totally suck aren't justified. Within the fan base bubble, every 'dead zone' period is filled with hope. After being consecutively burned by it, I think we're all a little cautious. However, it seems this year, even those outside out bubble believe we are poised to be a decent, if not sleeper, team.

I think we should win at least 5 games; Bills, Bucs, Tacks, Texans, and Tacks should be reasonably within our reach. We'll get blown out by the Pats. (I don't think for a minute we'll get the luxury to skip out on Brady.) But if the rest of the games are close, decent, real NFL games, then I'm ok with the improvement. People say, they want Play-Off hopes into November or December. I want a hope to win in every 4th quarter. That'd be nice.

We've been sucking really bad lately, just accept it. Not just kind of bad or mediocre, but a complete joke. Our best case "scenerio" is that the world remembers the Jacksonville Jaguars exist.

No pain, no gain.

Quote:I think 18-0 is the best scenario. Anything beyond 2-14 with two wins against the tacks is good enough for me.

Uhh....I don't know of any Jaguars fan that would be happy with another 3-13 season.

In fact, anything less than 6-10 would be a disappointment, bordering on football disaster.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!

Best case scenario for 2015? Three wins against the tacks... That'll do for me.

Bingo.

If I'm Khan, Gus Bradley is gone if the team doesn't reach at least six wins. 7-9 or better, preferably.

It's year THREE of the rebuild. No excuses. Start winning.

can't stand this thinking. The Jags rolled for 375 and for their punishment, the Colts won the Super Bowl.

I would tend to agree.

Though in my personal opinion, I find anything less than .500 this season, a disappointment.

However, 6 or 7 wins would be seen as ACTUAL improvement, as opposed to the "perceived improvement" we've had the past couple seasons.

6 wins buys time for everyone. Less than that and I think SOMEONE will be to blame, outside of the OC.

8 wins I think turns most doubters into believers.

Anything more and we're probably over-achieving.
