Would be hilarious if Folk has a kick to win it.
Poor coaching decision by Koetter on the onside. Bob Kraft needs a haircut.
While Brady may have beaten The Bucs if it came down to it, there's a decent chance the Folk cost them the game.

Specifically their pass catchers and kicker. Banger was good. Jameis Winston's statistics are skewed by a lot of drops. If you had to blame one person, it would obviously be Nick Folk.

I do believe it should not be blamed exclusively on Nick Folk because none of his three attempts would have been necessary if receivers did not have butterfingers. The drops weren't characteristic of those guys. A holding penalty on #76 killed a TD run by Jameis Winston. Folk will get all of the blame because he deserves it, but he should not have had three tries.
It's a team sport with plenty of blame to go around but when your number is called you need to do your job. Folk did not perform when called upon. I can't remember ever seeing such a bad performance out of a kicker.

The loss should pretty much be blamed exclusively on Folk. The defense did their job. While there were a few drops, Folk is the reason they lost.
