I'd love to sse KB go to the Jags, but sadly that won't happen because he'll be gone before the 2nd round.  Another Calvin Johnson in the makings.

i really hope you joking

he has the same height and sameish weight as megatron and that is pretty much it

megatron runs a 4.35

benjamin apparently runs somewhere between a 4.64 maybe a 4.44 on a good day

can't wait for the combine but I don't doubt all those megatron comparisons are going to go up in smoke.

add to that the difference in the quality of the guy throwing them the ball in college and the numbers they put up in college

megatron is a freak athlete and possibly one of the greatest receivers to ever play the game

another megatron my donkey

Benjamin is more comparable to Alston Jeffrey in his style of play. He'll be a good possession WR who can make plays on 50/50 balls and will be a red zone threat but he's no Megatron.

Benjamin has unreal potential. He has the potential to be as good as Calvin Johnson. It isn't as laughable as some of you think.

Take your homer shades off, that is very laughable.  If this was the case he would easily be the number one WR taken in the draft and taken in the top 5.  He might not even be one of the top 3 WR taken.  He is no Megatron

His potential is only scratching the surface. You will see.

You know he's going to be 23 by the draft right? If he is just scratching the surface at this age he has some different problems. If anything, his advanced age means he was always a good year or three more developed than his opposition and  is probably closer to a finished product than most of the other WRs in the draft.

perhaps so and there are lots of things that can be corrected and improved in his game but there is a gap in class between him and calvin johnson physically. Johnson has a rare almost unique combination of speed and size and benjamin only has one of them... size.

He has the strength to get of the line of scrimmage and the body control to get in front of receivers and make the catch but running a 4.5 a lot of dbs will be able to match him for pace in the nfl

calvin johnson you jam him at the line of scrimmage and  when he gets off and goes deep and he'll beat you, you drop off, he'll get in front of you and use his size to force you out

benjamin is said to be running a 4.5 to 4.6 40 time

calvin is sub 4.4

that's a real gulf.

Benjamin may end up being very good but calvin johnson is  way up from that

I've watched him closely for the last two years and he isn't even close to being a finished product.

I think that is a great comparison.

Yeah the "KB can be Megatron" crowd is hilarious.. look, I'm an FSU fan but anyone can see that KB doesn't nearly have the speed of Megatron.

And without the speed, Megatrong isn't Megatron.

Exactly, which is another reason why I'd rather have Bryant in the 4th or possibly even 5th.. He has the size and speed, just needs a excellent WR coach to get the most out of him
10 years ago we had Bob Hope, Johnny Cash, and Steve Jobs..... Please don't die, Kevin Bacon.
