Kelvin Benjamin

If we take a QB with our first pick we should draft this guy with our second. He should still be there and he has SO MUCH potential. We have a great WR coach, I think he could bring out the best in him.

One can dream but Kelvin and Cecil on the outside and Blackmon in the slot would be a defensive nightmare. Unfortunately its only a dream scenario.

If kelvin is at our pick which I doubt because he's likely to go late first with teams like Carolina, San Fran and Seattle all needing a wr but if he is teddy/manziel throwing to kelvin, Blackmon Cecil and ace would be so amazing

It would be interesting to see what Sullivan could do with Benjamin.

It will be interesting to see what WR's are available to the Jags in the mid rounds.  While it's a real possibility they draft one early - my gut tells me they will wait till the fourth.

I think you're right. Unless there's a WR available that we can't pass up, I don't think we go WR before QB, LEO, or RB.

If he had better hands, he'd be a top 10 pick.

Orrrr we could just draft Martevis Bryant in the 4th round. He's a lot like kelvin Benjamin, he's just not been consistent. Jerry Sullivan could turn the guy into a beast
10 years ago we had Bob Hope, Johnny Cash, and Steve Jobs..... Please don't die, Kevin Bacon.

I think we take whichever is the BPA from those three positions in the second round. Rather it fall between Mason or Benjamin.

Benjamin is bigger and the knock against Benjamin is that he's inconsistent as well.

Benjamin is listed at 6'5" 234 and Bryant is listed at 6'5" 200. Bryant is more a speed receiver while Benjamin is more a possession receiver, but I don't see a huge size difference...

No I dont think we should draft a WR no earlier then the 3rd but I prefer 4th or later, unless one of the top guys fall to the 2nd round

34 pounds is not a huge difference....

And for his size Benjamin is extremely fast, running a 4.5.  He's just a superior athletic specimen. What we need is a big physical receiver that's a red zone threat. We have enough fast guys.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed this

Benjamin is a physical freak. It would be amazing to see him learn under Sullivan.

He wont get out of the first round imo, so we won't get him.

I'll be interested to see what they both weigh in at the combine, I suspect Martavis to weigh in a bit higher, he definitely doesn't look small. And I just don't see a big enough difference between the two to justify a second round pick versus a fourth. I think Sullivan will get the most out of either of these guys, and their ceilings are very high

Better players than Kelvin. The kid outta Vandy is a more complete WR. Jordan Matthews.

I like Matthews, but he is going to have a hard time getting separation in the NFL. More of a 3rd round prospect to me a tier below Benjamin for sure.
