Anyone can buy a Tavor.  Just because the Mossad uses the Tavor doesn't mean you have to take the same speculative leap the headline writer took.  I am trying to connect the Tavor with the eyewitness account of the unusual rifle the shooter was carrying, so the video and photo analysis were of prime interest and I didn't let myself get sucked along by the speculative headline as you apparently did.  If Cruz was not the shooter, does it really matter who pulled the triggers?  It would be part of a much larger conspiracy to disarm law-abiding Americans, and there are an unlimited number of suspects who desire that outcome.

Apparently the security procedures are still MIA at Douglas High. Zachary Cruz, Nikolas' brother, was able to bypass locked gates and locked doors to skateboard through the campus yesterday. Zachary was arrested and faces a fine of $25 for trespassing.

Today we find out the Orlando Pulse shooter's father was an FBI informant and the FBI took great pains to conceal that fact. Still no motive for that one, nor for Parkland, or for Las Vegas, etc. IMO, they need better script writers at Langley. The network shows are getting all the best plots now and these recent faked shootings are not believable. First thing they teach in acting school is motivation.
