I would say teams who definitely will take a QB are :

Jags
Giants
Broncos
Redskins  

Elway seems especially enamoured with Drew Lock which would be very on brand for him.

Atlanta should. They won't be this high in the draft again until it's rebuild time probably.

I just don't buy the notion that he's quickly sliding into the abyss. He looked awful in the season opener but since then has been on a tear.

He at least has another 3 season of high level play in him. Espeically with Julio, Ridley, Hooper by his side. As much as i like Haskins it just wouldn't make sense for them to do.

The Falcons have glaring needs across the Oline and Dline, the kind of needs that require first round draft picks.   Good luck selling them on drafting Haskins and Ryan Finley (lol) when Matt Ryan is still playing lights out and they have a window open.
