Notice how much bigger Minshew's arm, forearm, wrist and hand are compared to Uncle Rico.  And Rico is actually fairly jacked for an old guy.

That's fairly jacked?

Have I mentioned yet on this page of this thread how much fun it is to have Minshew around? Not only does he look to be a damn good QB, but he's a character and from the looks of it a good guy. I really hope he's got 15 years of this in him, because this is the most fun I've had as a Jaguars fan since the days of Brunell, Smith and Taylor.

I totally agree. I feel like we have a chance every game.

I’m at a preseason game thumbing my nose at the team, for all the heartache they caused me. The betrayal of the passing game. The whole reason I was there is that my son loves the Jags. He cried when his mom made fun of them last year. I was going through all the motions of being into it, I was there to open his eyes to the nuances of the game.

We talked about the zone blocking, the pressure the defense was bringing... I was trying to give him insight to the chain and how to look for the weakest and strongest links of it. Awesome father son time. And low and behold it dawned on me during the first preseason home game that Minshew was the strongest link of the chain. His poise in the pocket, the command he had of the game checking down to his fourth and fifth receivers. I was blown away!

I couldn’t stop raving about him, especially after going to the next preseason game. So many of his balls dropped one perfect pass after perfect pass. That’s when I realized Minshew was the real deal. How bout you, when did you realize it?

After spending years in sheer disgust of the NFL after the Elway, Tebow, JDR debacle.

Got it bad again... This is an exciting Cinderella story for sure. Will GM get to go to the ball wearing a deep passing game today in that light mile high air? Drum roll...

Just switched over to ESPN at the right moment.  I don’t think I missed much.  They aired that piece they shot earlier in the week.  It was ‘cute’ I guess..  for lack of other words.  I’d imagine it’ll be online soon.  Maybe we can get a link to it for those that missed it.

It was terrible acting and writing. They rushed that a ton, but I also haven't watched in a long time so who knows how their segments have been.

I’d agree with all that.  I can’t say what the segments usually are like either.  I was watching NFLN.  It crossed my mind to switch over and as soon as I did it must have just started.  Switch back to NFL and there’s mooch doing his thing.

I'm sold on Minshew. Answered that late TD but marching us down to get the score, fired some bullets in tough wind, hung in the pocket against a tough pass rush. The dude is fantastic.

I'm still yet to see this "weak arm" that people keep talking about?

Other teams will regret not realizing what a talent he is

Same. Especially today in the wind he was throwing tight spirals all day.

It'll be a Minshew Vs. Mayfield play-off game this year. You watch. Two teams nobody likes getting the spotlight again for once.
