Is Ramsey’s injury believable?

My thought is he believed a traded would come together quickly and when it didn't he doubled down with the back injury thing because of ego basically. Seems like he's painted into a corner at this point.

Also, still don't believe his teammates are anywhere near as on board with him as the general consensus seems to be.

Exactly this. To the highlighted. When he comes out and states "All I want to do is [BLEEP] win" he has basically said that he believes he cannot win with all the other losers on the team. Yeah, they probably did not receive that very well.

Send him to the specialist. Then we he still refuses to play, put suspend him or put him on IR and tell to go away, no more cameras on Ramsey.

The Jags are playing chess while he is playing checkers. He is going to get schooled and will end up a Jag or sitting at home with Telvin.

I'm sure the number of guys supporting him in any way has dwindled each week to the point where most of them are over it now.

These guys have seen him play through injury many, many times.  They know he's likely milking this back thing for more than it is.

They all play thru injury each and every game. Yan is out there on one leg still fighting with his brothers in arms. What is Ramsey doing?

Y'all do need to chill comparing what Ramsey has done to AB though. All Ramsey has done is use the, in your alls own words, very small amount of leverage he has. He hasn't screamed racist remarks at his GM in front of his whole team, he hasn't secretly recorded and then publicly posted a conversation between he and his coach, he hasn't gone nuclear on social media, he hasn't done the countless number of awful things that AB has off the field.

The back specialist's MRI will not be able to find the $100 million problem.

Yeah pretty much. He's not even a team captain to begin with which I think says something.

Really, the Jags should start playing hardball with this clown. HE IS NOT IN THE POSITION OF STRENGTH, the team is. They hold all the cards. They could screw him up for the next 3 years if he wants to continue to be a turd.

No one has said he's gone full AB, but Ramsey is certainly taking a page from ABs book.

AB initially couldn't play because the idiot didn't wear protective gear in the cryo machine and then it was a helmet issue and then he started going full [BLEEP] with the subsequent behavior.

I don't see Ramsey going full AB but he needs to stop listening to whoever is telling him his behavior will help his cause.

It really isn't that fair of a comparison. You see, AB said "trade me" after the team canceled $30 mil in guarantees. Ramsey, on the other hand, said "trade me" merely because his feelings got hurt.

I don't understand any of this nonsense. I probably don't need to because the Minshew legends have been fun. Honestly this is a lot easier to deal with when the offense is functioning like a true NFL offense.

Backs are tricky. Some people don't know how to hold their tongue. He isn't going to stop running his mouth. Speaking from personal experience my mouth has been trouble for me.

Wonder how the rest of the team playing with sore backs feels about Ramsey whining and pouting and not fighting with his teammates.

I’ve lost a lot of respect for him for this crap.

I'm ready for the Jags to pull the trigger on the best trade offer available. This team has a good chance to stay in the playoff picture this season and Ramsay will just continue to be a distraction. The guy doesn't want to be here and even if his "back problem" heals we just can't count on him. The Eagles would likely part with 2 firsts and Sidney Jones and they won't get much better than that.

Is the specialist in Houston?

We'd have won today with Ramsey on the field.

He wants to win, we finally have a good offense and promising QB and he still wants out.

Ramsey is just a jackass at this point. I thought he wouldn't sit out games as part of his wanting to be traded protest and with saying how much he cares about his teammates and everything but at this point I literally don't care about him. Sucks because that's the only jersey I have and he was my favorite player on the team but it is what it is.

It's looking like the Jets are going to have some high picks next draft. We could possibly get value for him there. Plus, I just know Jalen would appreciate the freezing cold play temperatures, high taxes and the glamour of being a Jets player.
