I’ve had back spasms and would never describe them as a “tingling sensation”. Anyone else?

Girl, "tingling" is definitely NOT the sensation one gets with back spasms. I've had back issues for about five years and I've felt the tightness, the pain and the spasms. When it goes out I can't stand, sit, walk or lie down without wanting someone to just kill me already and I have a relatively high pain tolerance.

I want to believe him and not label him as a liar but this is WAY too coincidental. He's never missed a game and now could possibly miss a third straight? Just step back and think about that for a second. Just seems really hard to believe. Wasn't there a report from Jay Glazer a week or two ago saying that there was belief he was doing everything possible to skirt the line of not playing but also not to draw sanctions? Seems like that's the case here. Could be wrong but we'll see.

But then again like others have said, why fake it and hurt your trade value? This whole situation is just bizarre.

Does anyone find it odd that Ramsey hasn’t spoken to the media since before the Thursday night game? But he has time to do a weekly podcast? I thought all players were required to be available to the media after practice and games during the media availability time.

I've never listened, or watched (if you even can) that podcast, so I don't know if they're in a studio, or booth, but he could very well be sitting at home from his own couch while doing it. Could easily call in through voice chat, video call, phone call etc etc. Really easy to do.

The venue is the issue. He appears on the podcast every week where he gets to run his line of BS unchallenged.
He can't handle an actual press conference with questions. The last attempt was a disaster. He regresses 2 years every time he opens his mouth.

If he was smart he'd find a miracle back cure and put a few stellar games on tape before the trading deadline. But I don't think he is smart.

Hiring Nick Foles was an effort to win with this current team.  Gardner Minshew gives us a chance to build the next team.  Minshew's rookie deal has to go for at least 3 years before we can give him any kind of big contract.  

So it's tempting to say, let's trade Ramsey for some good draft picks, trade Foles for whatever we can get, and use all those draft picks and cap space to build the next team.  

I wouldn't be surprised if the emergence of Minshew has got the front office thinking, here's an opportunity to build this team in a different way from what we were planning.  They might be thinking, do we want to tie up a lot of resources in a CB when we have a chance to build for the long term around a QB?

Yes. Imagine a pair of Quentin Nelson type guards up there with Taylor developing at RT. Then there's the matter of CR74 at LT and Linder's not getting any younger.

This is certainly a viable way to build a team- hit paydirt on a serviceable QB late, then trade your best asset for more inexpensive help through the draft and add a couple of FA pieces to round it out. I remember TMD advocating our trading MJD in his prime and being roundly thrashed by the armchair GM's here. 

And...imagine how much fun Fanspeak drafting will be next winter with 3 #1's. The message board might blow up. Do it Dave, do it for us.

Agreed with posters above. Let's not tie up all this money on a CB when we may have hit paydirt on a QB and WR. They are going to need to get paid as well. Besides, would rather pay 8m on an good MLB and 8m on a good CB than 16m on a star CB.
