Does Foles look better than Minshew so far? I say no.

So far, I see a lack of arm strength compared to Minshew.. couple balls thrown slightly behind or under thrown. Don’t know if he is knocking the rust off.

It was high and late. Chark had to jump to slow himself down or the ball goes behind him if he keeps running. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't out in front in stride.
