Can someone explain why on 3rd and 2 from the Titans' 10, in clearly 4 down territory, this team chose to call a pass play with the running back drafted #4 overall pass blocking?

Also, how could this team get a penalty for false start on a 2 point conversion? Jesus.

Another wide open receiver. It must be great to have as much time as their QB has so he can scan the entire field, order dinner, call his friends, plan Thanksgiving dinner, and then throw to another wide open receiver. We made him look like Peyton Manning in his good days.
