Anyways, you haven't addressed or at least I didn't see you addressing his point that percentage wise black head coaches are out pacing the percentage of black male men in America.  To me that is major progress.  And the numbers don't seem to indicate that black head coaches aren't getting the job because of their skin color.  In fact, black men are beating the odds right now.  

 

Again, I'm simply referring to the numbers.  They don't tell the whole story, but they certainly tell a story and shouldn't be ignored.

The term you are looking for is Hispanic or Latino. "Spanish people" come from Spain and are classified as European. They are not considered minorities.

If so, there are parts of me that are insulted as some of me is my minority.  Not sure how much "some" is.  Once I define "some", and I realize it's more than 50%, can I change my status?

I really don't know the answers to your questions...but I do know that Spanish people aren't considered minorities. Mr. Bunny is Spanish so that makes my son half Spanish, and he doesn't qualify for any minority scholarships that Hispanics do because he is classified as Caucasian.


On a side note...All three of us are considered Spanish citizens because Spain gave us dual citizenship and we've never even lived over there! :thumbsup:
