Just... let me have my moment, okay?
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Quote:As bad as Sharpe was in studio, how can we forget that travesty of him in the broadcast booth during the Jaguars-Broncos game. Pathetic.

What are you talking about? Nothing I heard him say was pathetic and I watched the whole game.

I liked Shannon Sharpe. He was hilarious to listen to.

Too bad they missed out on bringing in Randy Moss. For a guy that talked a lot of crap on and off the field, he knows exactly what he is talking about as far as the QB and WR positions go.

I don't like it when former players put a lot of emphasis on their position. Eric Dickerson did that every week when he was on MNF - all he talked about was running backs.

I think CBS can replace anybody with anybody because FOX pregame sucks just that bad.

Whether someone has a liberal, or conservative viewpoint, a authoritative figure should not lock a thread for the sole purpose to get the last word in all the while prohibiting someone else from being able to respond.

Kind of with you on that.  Not all that interested in what he has to say.  Plus I thought Sharpe was entertaining.

Boomer was always the most annoying on the show, Sharpe and Marino are good starts, now they need to dump Cowher and Esiason.

Even with them, it is better than the Fox crew.

I could never listen to him without thinking of that bit (or Mushmouth from the Cosby Kids - same gag, different treatments.)

I can't stand the Fox crew.

Even worse than that is their stupid football robot.  I hate that thing.

The only time I watch the Fox crew is if the Jags are playing an NFC team and the game is on Fox.. Other than that, Terry Bradshaw is an idiot and I'd rather listen to Sharpe on CBS. At least he's funny, even when he's not trying to be..

Why watch any pregame show?

My goal is to turn on a game at 12:59 and not a minute before.

Has anyone on a pregame show really told you anything you don't already know? Or if you don't know it, did you need to know it in the first place?

I just find them, by and large, to be inane and/or goofy.
