I doubt every position has to be replaced. But Jags definitely need coaches and playcallers who can do a better job.

This team has zero playmakers. We don't create turnovers. No one on offense is special. I don't think the overall talent is bad but we have no one who can make a play. Our top 5 players are so much worse than other teams top 5.
