For me, this feels like the first year or two of the Gus regime. Roster purged of any talent and just a roster of 'guys'. But it makes no sense as this roster has way more talent than that one did.

I mean Henne, Shoelaces, Ace Sanders, Mike Brown....

Feels more like the last year right before he was fired for wasting the talent we actually had.

In a way. That team had way more talent than we currently have and the Bouye and Calais additions were huge on and off the field. I agree what talent we have is being wasted and we still dont play to our players strengths, we are still trying to put round pieces in square pegs.
