Knowing our luck, though, Jones would be a game manager at best (he may be this very thing in NE), but Joe Brady and TLaw play like gangbusters in Carolina.

He sure looks like one, Vic said something to that effect today, too. We've seen that Trevor can play well when the team around him isn't failing like crazy. The Jags shouldn't have put Urban in charge. Trevor on a team with talent would probably already have 20 TDs.

Elevated his game? How? Garbage oline, they ruined the RB and we have cast offs and also ran rejects at Wide Receiver. TE do we know what they are?

The team sucks now, and it sucked at the beginning of the season too, so nothing has changed on that front. I'm sorry, but I don't see how you can say Lawrence has improved his play over the course of the season.

Minshew wasn’t cold…. He practiced all week with the 1s. They were playing the Jets who are absolutely terrible. Not to mention the Eagles have an elite OLine, plenty of good backs, Devonta Smith and Goedert as well as a play caller who knows what he’s doing.

And if you actually think you can properly evaluate Trevor with this train wreck, then please see my first sentence.

TLAW is a complete bust. If we had Mac Jones, Bill Belicheck, the #1 defense, playmakers at WR and TE and an innovated OC then this team is easily at 5-6 wins.

I wasn't sold on Lawrence as a generational talent. He didn't seem to have those kind of tools. I felt pretty confident that he could be a franchise level QB for a dozen+ years for the Jags. Now I'm just hoping the whispers of "bust" won't keep getting louder. He needs to start showing some sort of progress.
