Moore imo is one of those guys that are better coordinator than HC... At least for now. 

Still think Leftwich is not ready yet.

Caldwell would only be a decent choice if the goal is to add some semblance of competence.

Given his age, it's not likely he would be the answer for this team, and he may have to be replaced in 2-3 years anyway.

That doesn't even address the question of whether he is the best person to develop TL.

He's not a long term solution, and the revolving door would continue if we hired him.

Pederson remains my top choice, but I fear Baalke's continued presence will sabotage the coaching search, and we'll end up with a vastly inferior candidate.

It's going to be Pederson or Caldwell because they're the only ones desperate enough to take the job. Everyone else on the list of interviews is thriving in their job and isn't going to commit career seppuku coming here, Baalke or not. Please prove me wrong Shad.

Well the good news is they've both been to the Super Bowl and both have had successful runs. I'd be more inclined to take Pederson but I honestly would be happy with either.

Given his various works with Manning, Stafford and Flacco I think short term is fine if it means over the next three years Lawrence is being shown the way to adapt to NFL defenses and how to operate within an NFL offense on a weekly basis.

By then, another coach should be able to step in if Caldwell is ready to ride off into the sunset. He may have his replacement already included on his staff if hired.

Pederson seemed promising. My concern is Baalke with him. Seems... extremely odd and off putting when I think about it. At this point, I echo your concerns.

Khan has already let off a wet fart and he's on the verge of [BLEEP] the bed once again for the fourth time in 10 years. At some point. He needs to step away from the process. He's the common denominator.

I could find myself really getting behind Pederson as HC and Caldwell as Assistant HC/QB Coach. Caldwell probably wouldn't come back for anything less than a HC gig though.

We need somebody with proven success at developing QBs. Somebody with respect all around the league. Got to try and change the stink that's hovering around this franchise.

Moore is interesting as the young up and comer. With his lack of coaching experience though, I don't think throwing him into the current state of this Franchise would be a good thing for a first timer with the lack of experience.

I would prefer not picking up Moore as I think about it. Look at all the weapons the cowboys have on offense for this year. Then they have the defense to help make their offense look better by forcing the turnovers and forcing the opposing team to try to keep up. The opposing defense gets gassed as the offense would keep getting 3 and outs in an effort to keep up.

The same could be said about Leftwich for weapons but he was getting attention prior to joining the Bucs.

Take a coach who will get the offense scoring points and the rest will take care of itself. Jags need a guaranteed good offensive play caller. If they take a defense coach or a figure head coach who more of a ceo, who will that coaches offensive coordinator be? Will he be any good?
