People change, I get it, but I always received the impression from him that he was more for himself than the team. Some will argue it is unfounded, and they’re likely right, but that’s what I remember about his time here.

Adding to that, he never really seemed to try to fix his wind up. I would say he came across more hard-headed than anything, but I could see how you might say lackadaisical. I also didn't like the way he interviewed as a player, but I've listened to him recently and he comes across more thoughtful. He also seems to mumble less, which shouldn't matter, but it does.

And there's something that's a fallacy.  In the heat of the moment, a player always reverts to what is natural.  How many times did Bortles go to QB camp to have his windup 'fixed'?  How did that turn out?

He at least appeared to try. If you turn the offer down, you need to say why and what you are already doing. It is never a good idea to turn down an offer to get better.

Sure made Bortles better.

I don't see him as a head coach.

As an alternative to Baalkie since no one wants to work with him.  Let's face it Kahn is not plugged into the "NFL Network" and this is an alternative he did not have a few days ago.  Spielman has done a decent job in Minnesota.
A new broom always sweeps clean.

Dilla has Byron as the favorite.   I would be worried bringing in a HC new to the job in this mess.  Then again it can't be much worse.   I feel this team needs someone with some experience to get this team back on track.

Good thing we have a thread to talk about coaches now.

This is a poor job of tracking the coaches. You don't have Khan's tail number, flight tracker, etc. Are you tracking their movements using some sort of cell phone Spyware? Maybe you need to track the yacht also.

Nice. Going to start a new tracking thread in the morning on my end to keep track of all the other tracking threads so we can stay on track of the tracks for tracking purposes.

But guys, jaguarmvp made this one...maybe we should roll the other HC thread with 58 pages of conversation into this one.

We heard you like trackers. So we put a tracker inside your tracker INSIDE your tracker.

So two thoughts here..

Either they're really going after one of the candidates still in the Playoffs, or nobody wants to coach here and we'll just have to wait and pick from whatever scraps are left.

There is a Christmas wishlist but not tracker. I love how you know what the thread is about but have 0 to add to it. I got to ask, why click the thread?

I think the prevailing thought is the longer the process takes the less likely Baalke is going to stay, so I am ok with it taking as long as necessary.

Agreed and hopefully, but it still makes zero sense in why Khan didn't just dump Baalke from the start and is carrying this crap on. But of course dumping Baalke just made too much sense for this franchise as they love doing everything backwards.

Because this exact tweet was already posted and discussed 7 hours ago in the real HC thread, but you're too much of a little puss that you've blocked half the forum so you can't see it.

Why would we re-post and add our thoughts AGAIN on the matter, just because you think you need to feel important by making a new dumb [BLEEP] thread every day when there's already 4 of them to begin with.
