Playoffs 2022
|
Very satisfying day of football. First, the hated Titans lose followed by Aaron Rogers losing another big game. It would be a perfect weekend of football to see Ramsay get beat by Mike Evans tomorrow for a game-winning touchdown. Might be asking too much, but maybe the GOAT can pull it off.

So happy the Bengals won today. My Jaguars may stink, but at least my local team is looking very good. I'm hoping for a Bengals Superbowl victory.
Pulling for Bucs and Bills. I took Bucs and KC in a playoff pull, before the season my SB pics were Bills and Bucs. Had Cincy and GB in the SB with GB going all the way.

In the past 7 weeks, the 49ers have won road games vs: @ Cincy - win @ Tacks - loss (short week Thursday night, close game) @ LA Rams - win @ Dallas - win @ Green Bay - win Not to mention that they beat the LA Rams twice this season. They are a formidable opponent with that defense, running game, superstar Deebo Samuel, and an excellent TE in Kittle.
Q-Aron holding true to his word on boycotting the SB.
Wow, the jokes on twitter!!

I know he'll be a first ballot hall of famer, regardless, but he's like what Vic used to describe Peyton Manning as, but on steroids. He's great at racking up stats and dominating bad teams in the regular season, but every year, never fail, when it's the play-offs and its time for him to make a play he comes up small, and always has someone else to blame for his failings, even though the Packers are arguably one of the most talented teams in the NFL. How can you lose a game, if you're a hall of fame QB, when your defense holds a team to only two field goals? We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
I guess i cant hate on bradys all star team, but screw the rams. I like Jalen stafford and donald but they moved from stl. They literraly dumped on a city and moved and now are ironically trying to get into the superbowl for a ring lol. The hell with any n all hope of success for a trash owner in a conspiracy laden league.
I will say i agree with those jags fans who believe if we move the jags will see almost an instant turnaround to success and bring in revenue to make it look like a win win Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

Maybe I'm overrating them in my mind, but they have a top five wr, a couple of really good running backs, and had a good scoring defense. They looked like a balanced team to me. Plus, of course, they have one of the best regular season QBs in the league. Then last night they looked really strong as a team but Aaron came up small in the big moments. Rodgers is overrated. Ironically. I actually don't mind who he is off the field and side with him on a few things ideologically.
There were a few years where you could say he didn't have any help on defense. However, he didn't produce those career regular season statistics on his own. He could pull a Tom Brady in a few months. Maybe head to Denver. Maybe head to Pittsburgh. However, his path to the Superbowl would not be any easier in the AFC. Buffalo and Kansas City look poised to stay on top for some time. You can never sleep on New England as long as Belichick coaches there. You cannot also discount the potential rise of Burrow and the Bengals. Lots of good young QB talent in the AFC. NFC? Not so much. Lots of older aging talent like Brady, Stafford, Ryan, Russ. You especially don’t want to go to the Broncos in a division with the Chiefs and the ascending Chargers.
Give some credit to that 49rs defense. They took out the cowboys and now the packers. As far as rodgers, hes underachieved when it comes to superbowls, but this is the ultimate team sport. He will probably pick what contender he wants to go to and with a change of scenery along with some other positive factors, he will have a good chance at getting back to the superbowl. Maybe it's just the packers that are jinxed.

Close games happen imo, and this was a horrible meltdown on ST and by the Oline in crucial situations. I agree tho, 10 points is ugly considering the 1st drive to start the game.(01-23-2022, 01:40 PM)JagsFansince1995 Wrote: Love Arods skill set but dont really fw him off the field.
