Chark has potential. He just needs to stay healthy, and the jags need to bring him back. Domt take it for granted that they can find a top notch speed burner wr. If they end up not finding one or two, we are stuck watching what happened this season again next season. Ouch

I agree.  He certainly doesn't have the YAC ability of Chase, but Chark has shown some pretty amazing body control and made some very difficult catches and if he can put it together for at least a couple full, healthy seasons, it could be money well spent.
Still, he ceiling is a really good #2 receiver or borderline #1 at best.  We need someone else too.  More than one someone else really - at least one fairly high draft choice and the best we can snag in free agency.
